Senior Partner ashley@cacia.co.uk 01626 366966I studied Chemistry and Computing at Portsmouth Polytechnic, then trained as an Independent Financial Adviser specialising in mortgages. I was one of the first advisers to be awarded the newly introduced Financial Planning certificate in 1988. Shortly after, I took up a management role at Coast and Country and sometime later the senior position and joint ownership of the firm.
I simultaneously ran a substantial hospitality business, which I built up and subsequently sold. I also managed exhibitions across the UK and Ireland for an International property company, which sold thousands of homes in Spain and Cyprus.
More recently I have been involved in a number of successful residential renovation projects. I have run the London Marathon twice. I am currently a residential and commercial landlord. My extensive knowledge of the property market and experience is available to the clients of Coast and Country.
